By accessing our website at prodiamondpackers.com or by availing the services of Vaishnavi Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Vaishnavi Services provides home appliance repair and maintenance services including, but not limited to, AC repair, washing machine repair, refrigerator repair, microwave oven repair, and TV repair in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

3. Service Booking & Scheduling

  • Service requests can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website contact form.
  • All appointments are subject to technician availability.
  • We will confirm the appointment time upon booking.
  • Please ensure access to the appliance at the scheduled time.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • A service/inspection fee may be charged for on-site diagnosis.
  • An upfront quotation will be provided before any repair work begins.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the service.
  • We accept cash and common digital payment methods.
  • Prices may vary based on the nature of the repair and parts required.

5. Warranty on Repairs

  • Repairs carry a warranty period on workmanship as communicated at the time of service.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, or physical damage after repair.
  • Warranty on parts is subject to the manufacturer's terms.
  • Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with after our service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the appliance and the issue.
  • Ensure the appliance is accessible at the time of the appointment.
  • Inform us of any safety concerns related to the appliance or premises.
  • Not to attempt DIY repairs after our service that may void the warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vaishnavi Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of the appliance that were not disclosed at the time of service.

8. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a nominal booking fee being charged.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Vaishnavi Services and may not be copied or used without express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
